Joseph Case Junior High School Reviews

I am shock at the way this school year started. Our spanish class are diminished completely for art everyday? This is an outrage! We have new teachers that are not qualified for the achedemic their teaching. All kids are treated the same so the underacheivers are now in higher classes and over acheivers are not getting the studies they need while there will be tons of interuptions for questions on the assignments. I would love nothing more than to yank my child out of this school as this year will be stressful, nothing taught and boring.

I think that Case is a wonderful Junior High School, However, it is unfortunatly lacking a strong foundations art program. What happens to the student who wishes to pursue a career that requires studies in areas such as graphic designer, architect, interier design etc. We live in a world where visual is everything. There are many careers available in the visual arts and the students of Case Junior High will be left out of the loop.

I feel that the school does not provide enough feedback concerning my child's progress. Also, they have parent/teacher conferences scheduled for 2 hours, and since there are over 200 students, how are you supposed to talk to any of them? I waited in line to talk to my son's English teacher for 45 minutes, and was not able to speak to any other teachers because of the length of the lines. I feel that times should be scheduled for each parent with concerns.
