Located in a historic loft with 12 foot ash ceilings and brick walls, CAV's fine cuisine and unique ambiance, with art objects from around the world, and colorful handwoven kilims on tables and walls, provide gastronomic and visual delights. I love, love, love this place. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is so funky, unique, romantic, etc. Great service, good prices, this place is exceptional!

Service was friendly but haphazard. Appetizers took a long time and then the main course arrived before we had finished the appetizers. The food was mediocre. Lack of flavor was overcompensated by excessive butter, cream, and oil.

I haven't been, but I recently found out that this establishment NO LONGER HAS JAZZ AND BLUES ON SATURDAYS!!!!! bummer.
